I once asked the CGC why it was certain actors could sign comic books for their Signature Series when they weren't a creator, they just had a loose connection to the book (e.g. Laura Vandervort signing a Supergirl book). The response was "anyone" can sign any book. So I asked the question "could I sign a book for the Signature Series then?" They said "no", I had to be connected to the industry. I said I was. I've been reading comic books for years!

It should have been. "because money". An actor has more to do with the genre than the industry. I wonder How many Walking Dead comics are SS'd with Norman Reedus' sig.
