I was at a LCS earlier and the owner mentioned he has an original envelope as well. Next time I go back, he said he'd let me check it out. I really like this one because I'm from Connecticut and this envelope was sent to someone in CT. What area do you live in? Wow, CT? I'm in RI! Not too far at all... your neighbor to the north.

This is my oldest son some years ago with a life-sized Crypt Keeper. I have some other TFTC toys too like the light up shaking electric chair and the candelabra. My wife would love that Crypt-Keeper for the house!

No kidding! Then actually I'm your local neighbor to the west, as my hometown Killingly borders right on Foster, RI on Route 6. I used to work at the Barnes + Noble in Warwick. Have you ever gone 44 West to Putnam through Glocester? That's where my LCS Wonderland Comics is. FCBD is tomorrow too!

I'm in Barnes all the time! I've definitely been up your way many times. Not sure if I've ever been to Wonderland but will definitely need to check it out. Not sure where I'll be going for FCBD tomorrow.

Cool, wasn't sure if you were near me or farther away like Westerly or south. You should check them out, they have a lot of back issues, some automatic discounts too. If you buy more than $25 in back issues you get 20%? off, no subscription necessary, anyone gets it. No ECs I know of, but I have bought a few there over the years. I posted a 3-D virtual tour of the story here somewhere, I'll find it. We also go to the B&N in Apple Valley, we take 116 north

Those are awesome sigs. Thanks. I have quite a few Al Feldstein sigs too, I met him three times over the years. 2000, 2002, and 2012. In 2002 he was at a show in Seattle and it was great because you could really hang out and chat with him. He was asking me pricing advice on some ECs he had seen at the Pikes Place Market comic shop. I brought 20 books with me and he would've signed many more. I lived about 1/2 hour away and thought about driving home for more but I never did.

Awesome story. I miss the days when you could just go up and chat with the creators without the crowds. Damn...I sound like an old timer.

I'd say they have at least 50,000 back issues, around 200 long boxes. Today all books priced $9.99 or less were $1. my.matterport.com/show/?m=DAeasAkorfz
