The weather forecast for today has changed about 18 times over the last week. First, it was supposed to be mostly sunny, then partly sunny with rain possible, then the rain chance went up to about 60%, then it completely changed and today appears to be the best day of the holiday weekend. Partly sunny, temps in the mid 70s and no rain chance   I should have been a meteorologist |

Putting out a few milk crates of books for free since they wont get wet.

80° by 10AM today, but only going to get up to 86. I hate these warm months.
And it isn't even June yet...

A tornado came to town Sunday. Just got electricity back today.
Apparently it came within a half mile of my house. Super windy, with water threatening to come inside.
I went out in it to mitigate some drainage so the water wouldn't slip under the exterior wall.
After the bad stuff passed my daughter and I went out and played in the rain and the wash. It was her first time to play in the rain and she loved it.

Warm 21C/70F, sunny intervals but mainly cloudy. Despite the clouds, high UV which broke through and made my skin itch.

huge cloudburst right now.can barely see across the street.Poor Penny is browned off by the thunder.
