I don’t want the Modern Age starting as early as 1986 and I’m not motivated enough to write a few sentences covering a completely new intervening period between BA and Modern. That being said, I think “Modern” should always include the present age.

The hydrophobic interaction is mostly an entropic effect originating from the disruption of the highly dynamic hydrogen bonds between molecules of liquid water by the nonpolar solute forming a clathrate-like structure around the non-polar molecules. This structure formed is more highly ordered than free water molecules due to the water molecules arranging themselves to interact as much as possible with themselves, and thus results in a higher entropic state which causes non-polar molecules to clump together to reduce the surface area exposed to water and decrease the entropy of the system.[4][5] Thus, the two immiscible phases (hydrophilic vs. hydrophobic) will change so that their corresponding interfacial area will be minimal. This effect can be visualized in the phenomenon called phase separation.

So I found a view finder at a Value Village a couple of years back,a big baggie of disks came with.I got it because it's an older version, just like the garage sale one my family got me as a kid. Finally opened up the disks-I have a LOT of toys, retro, vintage ect ect junque around, there's a line up-in my mind I think 'thou shall not touch the new till some of the old is found a spot'. Well, imside was some nature stuff from the seventies or sixties, some awesome He Man that I'd had as a kid,but most exciting was extra wheels of Marvel characters that went with my talking Spiderman view finder.Hulk,Namor,Captain America...so sweet.

I loved my View-Master when I was a kid. We went to a lot of National Parks, and the gift shops always had disks and slides for that particular park. I wish I still had them.

I'll take a look at the ones I have and give you the details. If any stick out I'd happily send them someplace for you(I know you love your privacy and fully get it.) I need to clean the battery connectors (anodes?circuits?)on my talking one. Can't remember the proper name auuugh. The docs said it'd happen and not to rage aaarrrrgh They have a bit of corrosion from someone leaving those big ol D cells in for too long.Curious I looked mine up and the prices on stuff are shocking. Like LB Coles work?Good gracious the value of my comics these days terrifies me.If I find a house in the area I like,I may sell my books for a nig chunk of downpayment. It's pricey here but still low because of how bad it is.Make a great investment and my partner would likely rather a house than selling my junque when gone.

Definitely DO the real estate investment if you can swing it.
