These days any character drawn by Neal Adams looks like a primate Wasn't that "Robin" looking character in Odyssey called "Primus"? He had the same costume but a "P" on the chest instead of "R". His name is mud!

Wasn't there some kind of "monkey", or primate robin? It was mentioned in Odyssey I think, and I had NO idea what the hell it was! I'll have to look for it. These days any character drawn by Neal Adams looks like a primate Still better than Kelly Jones

Is that what Neal Adams' work looks like these days? That's awful Those characters are half ape/half human so they're supposed to look like that. His art is still pretty good, but looks more like his Continuity stuff than his DC Batman stuff.

Looks like he was trying for a Jansen look. Maybe even Sal Buscema.
Likely he sat at his table when it came time to ink and thought, "F**k it, I'm Neal Adams."

See Talia (middle panel) and Robin (last panel).

I can still see that classic Neal Adams style there of course but the fuzzy thick lines and again all the random lines for what, shading? Texture? Overall, it doesn't look very good.

It's funny, and I keep meaning to mention it to NA, but as I read the story, one of the questions was, "Who is Batman telling his story to?" as our view occasionally pans out. As soon as I saw the band-aid, I knew. Not saying it takes a detective of Batman's level to figure out, but I'm glad I "got it".
