118 in LA today, plus a power outage to go with it. Boooo! Still power b.s. going on here,but was nice today and mid sixties now.Such a relief.The cats are all hyper and  with the cooler weather,tearing around like maniacs and wrecking stuff. |

Still nice.The dog actually slept in bed for the first time in a week.She's been camped out beside the tub most nights.
It's 23/83 today and mostly cloudy.After the last week or so,it seems darn cool and nice.

Today marks three weeks we've been dealing with it here,without a fridge.Looking at resolution to the electric mid week coming.Just a matter of compensation after that. |

I can understand if I lived in Death Valley, but not Los Angeles. Today's forecast is 104 so it's going to be a little cooler.

I guess one of the benefits is cleaning up my dog's poop is less messy since the dries up into a hard nugget after a few minutes in the heat. |
