The weather finally let up after a week of almost non-stop rain and I used the opportunity to trim the conifer bush out front. No that's not a euphemism. You're probably wondering why I'm trimming my bush (...stop it!...) in late Autumn. Well, I should've done it late summer, but didn't. That's why

The weather finally let up after a week of almost non-stop rain and I used the opportunity to trim the conifer bush out front. No that's not a euphemism. You're probably wondering why I'm trimming my bush (...stop it!...) in late Autumn. Well, I should've done it late summer, but didn't. That's why Lots of cold Guns and Roses rain here.Had lots of snow,but it's hiding now.

Actually I'm just reporting the first snow day of the year. That ties the amount of snow days we had all of last year. You never know what you're going to get in New England.

Oh boy, I think we're separated by a common language here. Goes to check Google...Ah, I see. I was thinking that's where you sent the convicts or something. But no, never heard that saying before. Right now I live about halfway between Coventry, CT and Coventry, RI. Is that like being stuck between Scylla and Charybdis?
