the economy took a hit after the ACA? The economy was taking hits before, during and after the ACA. What Obama did was analogous to your house being on fire, and instead of putting it out you sit at the kitchen table calculating weight watcher points for tonight's dinner. Just to get some perspective, how do you think he handled the mess left behind from the previous administration. I just need some perspective of where you are coming from. I believe you deal in the financial markets so I would like to hear your take |

I believe you deal in the financial markets so I would like to hear your take I'm extremely critical of both Bush and Obama's handling of the economy. I'm even more critical of the Monetary policies chosen by the Fed. And the Bank Bail-Out was absolutely criminal without the necessary follow through (too many items to list here). This is where leadership is critical...and we haven't had any in a long time. |

Just to throw this out there, but isn't Trump the most moderate of any Republican President in memory? He's not actually going to build a wall, probably has an abortion clinic on his speed dial, advocates recreational wagering, and takes photos of himself with the LGBT community. I'm not a Trumpesian, but have to look at the upside of this.

Just to throw this out there, but isn't Trump the most moderate of any Republican President in memory? He's not actually going to build a wall, probably has an abortion clinic on his speed dial, advocates recreational wagering, and takes photos of himself with the LGBT community. I'm not a Trumpesian, but have to look at the upside of this. Mentally, I think Trump has no problem compartmentalizing election campaigns and governing as two completely separate activities that may or may not resemble each other. |

Yeah I'll backpedal a little bit on my statement. Trump had appeared to be somewhat intelligent. Noticed on the news not a half hour ago he appointed some conspiracy theorist white supremacist and a  who doesn't believe in climate change to be his environmentalist. On a happy note, Canadians are starting to realize just how much slack we can pick up and prosper if America tanks. |
