We took "Martha" out to her favourite restaurant in Portsmouth yesterday. I had the mega mixed grill...  Chips, mushroom, three onion rings, two pork sausages, chicken breast, gammon steak and under the egg, rump steak. It was delicious  I may need to buy some of those steel cut oats... just for the soluble fibre! |

For lunch today, bacon and egg sandwiches...  I used wholemeal bread and boiled eggs for a slightly healthier option... which was nicely balanced out by thick cut bacon  Excuse the flower pattern plate... I can assure you my best set has a Batman print  |
