What I said is not "trolling". There would be no point, as you already conceded that you don't have a response.
Every time you avoid the topic and engage in nonsensical/false attacks on me, you concede that far too many conservatives are hypocrites and bigots who only support academic freedom when it attacks minorities and/or agrees with their narrow worldview. In other words, Zod hopes you'll keep up the good work. With friends like you, good conservatives don't need enemies. 
I'm not a conservative, so you wrote all of that as a hit piece that didn't hit on anything. That's nothing new, though.

Slavery is illegal. No one should ever be fired because they refused to work overtime. Employer can ask, but they cannot force.
Or, if ya wanna make it fair, then employee can demand to work extra when they need extra money. Or demand undertime when they need to leave early.
You should also get 2 weeks notice when they gonna fire you.
