Have not read or heard anything about this, here. I remember the song CONVOY from years ago, though. I liked it. There was even a movie or 2 based on it.
Somehow, Canadian Truckers don't ring a bell to Americans, the way our Truckers do....I think it is the country music is better here.
On another subject, Parker never dogged you about anything. I think that was that despicable Mcknowitall, even though I acknowledge he did know it all.
Communist may be a bit strong. Marxist Socialist Hippie would be about right. I think it was the long tangled hair and leather pants fetish and overall Maynard Krebs thing that left him with a distinct cyber distaste. That, plus all the popular important members didn't like you either, and McKnowitall preferred to travel with the popular crowd. Just look at all the friends McKnowitall made: Sheldon, Banner, 500, Donut, Fritz (whatever), Jaybucks?, to name a few. They still get together and celebrate ROYBASH-WALMART DAY.

I'm here spreading 'misinformation' and not a single one of them will come and debate it without moderation protecting them so I guess it is what it is.
They're downplaying the trucker convoy over there but I think this might be a really big issue here in Canada.
They're raised $3.7MIL in about a week and currently that number is rising by about $250K every 10-12 hours. That's a lot of scratch for a useless cause and if it keeps going at this rate, we're going to see a long standoff in Ottawa.
What is going on here is similar to Australia and it is pretty bad. I can tell you that the mood here in Canada among my friends is emphatically enthusiastic. They are fed up with being bought, hushed, censored and ignored.
The truckers are getting a LOT of support from the public. 
Justin Trudeau is going to have a really hard time spinning this protest as he's done with others or ignoring it.
He's either lost his mind, has a payoff worth the trouble or is going to fold. Which one remains to be seen.

So, we can't really talk about this in detail on the CGC forums but I will keep updates here.
The general consensus by Canadian forum members is that the trucker convoy is a non-issue. Most seem to be downplaying it, but most are likely getting their info from the news which you can unequivocally prove has been downplaying anything that opposes the mainstream narrative already.
You can always follow money to see how much support there is.
Yesterday, the Go Fund Me page gained $250K in 12 hours. Instead of slowing down, support seems to be speeding up.
As of midnight last night, the page raised $3.75MIL. about 12 hours later, they've now raised an additional $600,000 and we're over $4.3MIL now.
Also, no news channels (that I've seen) are actually showing how large the convoys are. Some look to go for miles.
Independent news and reports are showing that it's not only truckers but streams of supporters are riding along in cars with 100s of people on overpasses showing support to truckers.
This is gaining momentum and not slowing down and I'm noticing even friends I had no idea were into this sort of thing popping up on my fees showing support.
I'm not sure which way this is heading but I do personally believe it's going to be the largest crisis of Trudeau's career, outside of the pandemic itself.
It's looking like it's going to be a standoff in Ottawa against all mandates and pandemic measures with truckers leveraging the supply chain over Trudeau's policies.
I also think once the news breaks worldwide (because you can't hide a seige on a nation's capital for long ), you're going to see other countries follow suit. There are reports of US truckers now also either coming to Canada to get involved or supporting in the US.
Also, they're NOT PROTESTING VACCINE MANDATES. Many of the truckers are vaccinated. They're protesting ALL mandates and the loss of freedoms.

Did you see my post in the Coronavirus thread about how 3 DOD employee whistleblowers (their names have been made public) are ready to testify under oath that the CDC/FDA/Fauci have been misleading the public with vaccine statistics and that the statistics have even been doctored internally within the DOD?
That's some pretty damning stuff.
And NONE of it is being given any screen time on MSM?
Shouldn't that be a headline?
The deeper you go down the rabbit hole, the more it looks like the media is a propaganda arm of the authorities and nothing more. They only show you what they want to show you.

They told you that masks don't work. Then they told you that masks do work.
They told you that 50% of people had asymptomatic spread. Now nobody is talking about asymptomatic spread because it was never true.
They told you that Covid was deadly to children. Swimming pools and the flu are more deadly to children.
They told you the vaccines would stop spread. The vaccines don't stop spread.
They told you that the vaccines would stop infections. The vaccines don't stop infections.
They told you the vaccines would stop hospitalizations. The vaccines don't stop hospitalizations.
They've basically lied about everything.
Now you're using these exact same people to fact check information.

It's been blasted all over the media for last few years to where the general public seem to now believe it, but last October the US Intelligence community released their report on it and this is what they found:
'The probe assessed that the Chinese government did not have foreknowledge of the outbreak and that the virus was likely not engineered.' 'No specific origin story was presented' and of the 8 teams put together to do independent research, one (the FBI) leaned towards a lab leak (with moderate confidence), four others (and the National Intelligence Council) leaned towards zoonosis (with low confidence), and three were unable to reach a conclusion.
That's hardly a consensus in favor of it. Quite the opposite. What some senator from Wisconsin thinks, I could care less. I want facts.
You say you're new to all of this. Just remember - those who want to spread propaganda know that all you have to do is repeat a lie over and over and over and over and people will start to believe it, regardless of if it is true.
Are you finding real facts or are you just repeating the lies of others?

Ivermectin? One of the safest drugs in the world.
When taken properly, there have been 3.74 BILLION administered doses with only 5800 adverse effects...out of almost 4 BILLION doses.
If someone takes too much aspirin it becomes dangerous. Does that make aspirin dangerous?
If someone takes too much of anything it's not good for ou.
Pick a point and let's stick to it rather than throw everything at the wall and then see what sticks.

Now you're using these exact same people to fact check information. You don't see the problem here? What people? I'm looking for ANYTHING that can verify what Senator Johnson's panel of experts are saying. And what about the lies that THEY'VE told us? Fauci and the Surgeon General of the USA both said masks don't work at the start of the pandemic. Then they flipped and said they do work. Do you not remember this, you didn't know they said it?
If asymptomatic spread is there, why are they now allowing people to leave their self isolation or quarantine when symptoms are not present?
There is a CONSTANT preaching about Covid being dangerous to children on the MSM. our Prime Minister used it as a re-election campaign. That fear is so prevalent that parents are terrified of their kids catching Covid when in fact the flu is more dangerous. When I brought a study up showing how Covid wasn't harmful to children on the CGC chat forum in the summer of 2020 tth2 called me a baby killer. Am I in some different reality here?
Your understanding is different than what they said publicly. Do you want video footage of Walensky, Fauci and Biden saying that the vaccines will stop spread, will stop infection and then backtracking on it?
We know that the nostrils hold the viral load - Fauci has stated it multiple times
The Covid protein is oil based from what I understand, so it makes sense that any solvent that can break down oils will break down the spike protein.
I can't comment in detail on the mouthwash as it's new to me, but if soap kills Covid on contact, and hand sanitizer kills covid on contact then the right mouthwash will likely kill Covid on contact.
I assume it depends on what is in the mouthwash - it would need a solvent that breaks down oil.
From what little I heard, the 'mouthwash' is actually a specific type of spray used as a mist into the nostrils.
So based on what I wrote above, why wouldn't the right mouthwash work?

I am fairly certain that I commonly refer to the lab leak as far more likely than zoonotic origin.
I never said it was proven or fact, did I?
There is literally NO evidence it came from an animal even though we found the source animals for SARS and MERS in under a year.
This is from one of the articles you sourced (of which they only thing they seem to agree on was that it was not engineered as a bio weapon):

They conclude that without China's co-operation they can not know for sure but it sure sounds like they lean towards lab leak.
Why would China not co-operate? If it was of zoonotic origin, there would be no reason NOT to co-operate as it would clear any implication of a lab leak and everyone would be happy.
In fact, there is a mountain of circumstantial evidence pointing towards lab leak theory and China's destruction of evidence, missing lab records and lack of co-operation being the greatest piece of evidence that something is not right. That's why there is moderate confidence the 1st infected human was a lab leak.
If I had to make a bet, I know where my money would be.
BTW, this is still ongoing. There is new evidence and developments coming out weekly.
So, as of March 2020, the zoonotic theory was the prominent one.
By the spring of 2020 it was 50/50 but the tables have turned and it is now more likely that the lab leak theory is the prominent one. You disagree?

The few news stations that did talk about it painted it as either insignificant OR have started comparing the convoy to the Jan 6 Capitol Hill protest.
Great. More political division and fear mongering from the media. 
The CGC boardies said this was nothing to worry about.
