I'm 5'7 I'd agree with that...I'm 5'8.
I can't believe you picked a fight with a guy who was foot taller than you

Growing up in a rough neighborhood where everyone is bigger than you are makes you pretty tough, plus the fact I am pretty strong for my size. However, alcohol tends to breed confidence in the wrong situations Turns it into stupidity

Size isn't everything. I used to be involved in Vietnamese Martial Arts. The Master was average height and he could take on anyone who wasn't professionally trained. He was also a bouncer at a local night club, and a lot of big guys thought they could kick his ass when he was ushering them outside. He loved to fight, so this was great fun. He usually put them to sleep with one punch or kick.

Your Master sounds a little like an old friend of mine. This guy was average height and build at high school and - according to him - was picked on throughout the last few years. When he hit 16, he shot up to 6ft and developed a heavy build. He took a job as a doorman at one of our less salubrious establishments (now closed) and ended up throwing out all the guys who'd picked on him at school week after week. He loved his job

You know how employers have to provide shorter persons with standing stools? Well, you should ask for your own trench...

Nah, they laugh at me enough as it is. Actually, their solution was to have everyone wear a hard hat/face shield combination. It interfered with our vision of what's above us, so I wound up jamming my neck from hitting the pipes even more often. But at least I didn't get bumps on my head.

Neck pain is just as bad. Maybe it's time to take up a career in basketball!

I'm a big fan of Byrne, but that title "X-Men: Elsewhen" is lame.

If Byrne goes back to Marvel count on another dispute shortly after with him leaving in a huff and then complaining about it on his message board.
