By the way, "Puddling" is a different problem. 
It's basically big ripples in the inner liner that CGC uses. This is an actual physical problem rather than an optical effect. Typically, it's on the back side. Supposedly, the cause was insufficient cooling of the Barex liner prior to removal from the mold. This was an issue several years ago at CGC, but it's recently reared its ugly head again.
