I have or have had 19 of those. No desire to get the ones I'm missing.

It's not that good. I was too trusting over the internet. Paid $450 for a VF to NM IH181 and a mid-range X-Men "reprint" numbered book. Got rags after pestering the person for weeks. Then when I tried to contact them about a refund, the guy suddenly went to Russia and got killed. If any one in Houston, TX, knows a Matt Edwards that knows something about comic books, I need to have a word with him. This is the comic I got: Yes, that is in the Hulk's chest, under his pectorals. FTR, these are NOT the pics he showed me when purchasing the book, those looked like a VF/NM book. Here's the only way it will ever be "near mint":

This is the comic I got: Yes, that is a hoke in the Hulk's chest, under his pectorals. Here's the only way it will ever be "near mint": That sucks about the book though. The dude sounds like a total . I bought my copy a few years ago, not even bothering to check to see if everything was good besides the MVS. I flipped through it last year and saw color touch in the dark areas of the Hulk's pants. I paid about the same as what you paid. I was mildly upset but not much I could have done since so much time had passed.

Supposedly, these are the top 25 most popular comic books in the world by market activity as of 5/30/17. How many do you own? All except: Hulk 271 (God awful cover. I'm in no hurry.) Wolverine #1 (Sold to HumanTorch with #2-4 ) X-Men #266 (When I'm interested in the 2nd appearance of Gambit, I'll get it ) NYX #3 (Only if I find one in the dollar bin. Nothing against the book or character. Just zero interest.) Amazing Spider-Man #4 (Not this one.) Wonder Woman #1 New Mutants #26 X-Force #2 is feeling love? I have a small stack of those. I am surprised this book is even on the list. Granted it's Deadpool's second appearance but it's selling for about a couple bucks a copy.

I once owned #180 and #181, slabbed at 9.8. I used them to bookend my Batgirl collection...

Hulk 181 was never one of those books I ever had great desire to own. I was never a Hulk fan and was only a casual Wolverine fan. If I could go back 30 years though, I'd buy up every one I could find, but wouldn't we all

I wish I had bought, and kept, more copies of Hulk 181 when I was younger. That book has really sky-rocketed in price. I wonder if the price for book will take a hit if, or when, speculators leave the market.
