He's been known to stop in the middle of a story to call one over as they pass by. Said stories rarely finish

I wish more people took videos of conventions, I always enjoy watching them.
This is the 2019 Amazing Las Vegas Comic Con.

Eugene has more advice. That guy has a speech impediment that is fixable. Every time I hear someone with a fixable speech impediment, I want to help them fix it.

Having fun at SDCC- Spoke with Walt Simonson for a few minutes after the the public filed out and he passed our table as he was exiting the Hall to meet his wife. Scored some fanboy points for knowing what his sig represents when Mike Royer didnt Finally met with Squishee, but just briefly Hope we can get a beer at the Marriott next time. FINALLY met Steranko. No one else like him on the planet Got a signed print (he even makes signing a show ). Never saw the piece before, but it's older. What an amazing story being it- I won't even soil it with attempting to tell it. And the art is the kind you crawl into- Like Wrightson's Frankenstein piece (in the Lab). And damn, is he tiny!

At the The Local Eatery & Drinking Hole rubbing elbows, sharing drinks, and eating tacos with Sergio Aragones, Stan Sakai, Denis Kitchen, Maggie Thompson, Bud Plant, Danny Fingeroth, Diana Shuts, Paul Levitz, the Simonsons, and others I probably haven't seen yet.

I'm sure that, ultimately, I'll regret not asking these guys (and others) for photo ops after conventions, but SDCC is exhausting and it just seems rude even though I'm sure many are okay with it. BUTWhich ones? And more importantly, which ones WOULD mind? This is the 2nd time I've met most of these guys in a social setting with Mike- If I'm able to leave a lasting impression I'd prefer it weren't 'inconsideration'. But I did feel compelled to photo 3 guys laughing very loudly. Sergio Aragones, Walt Simonson, and Bud Plant.
