Whenever I've picked up comic lots I've gotten some books in crummy bags and some in mylar type bags made by Ultra Pro. I can't seem to find any information about these bags but they feel like 4mil mylars with a pre-creased top and a 1/4" strip in back that allows for the top to be folded down. Does anyone have any info on these bags?

The website doesn't give a great deal of info. I've heard of them, but not sure if I ever had any that came with comics. What sort of info are you looking for?

Just mainly if they're made of mylar, if they're still being made, sizes available, and cost for the sizes. They seem a little stiffer than 4mil mylars and the convenience of not having to have to crease/tape over the opening makes it a good option for me.

The 8" x 10" in the link below says "mylar" and sells at 55/$100. They have a magazine size as well. The other bag options just say "no PVC". www.ultrapro.com/product_info.php?products_id=1509

Thanks. I was on the site but didn't see that. I'm going to have to check that out.

I picked up some 10mil mylars from a vendor a few years ago but I can't remember who I bought them from.
