Another banner day at the Court! No - the state cannot compel speech that violates the person's religious beliefs. No - our Dear Leader does not have the individual authority to nullify college loans, dumping the balance onto the rest of the US taxpayers. The sanitarium patients in the media and politics are reflexively going hysterical, and it is entertaining. Have you been paying attention to what's happening in Canada? Compelled speech is now the law. The Government has passed a bill blocking ALL NEWS CONTENT ON SOCIAL MEDIA UNLESS THE SOCIAL MEDIA COMPANIES PAY THE NEWS SITES, and Facebook and Google have stated they won't pay so ALL NEWS IS DISPAPPEARING ON SOCIAL MEDIA FROM CANADA. The Privacy Commissioner has dismissed ALL COMPLAINTS about vaccine and lockdown mandates in Canada. This is Nazi Germany all over again and it's happening before our eyes. Yeah, the brilliance of those "old white men" like George Mason and James Madison ('I'm 36, I'm not old') insisting on a Bill of Rights is the only thing that is saving us here so far. |

It is so predictable that The Three Stooges of the High Court are all the same three who think the state can compel speech and that the state can discriminate based on race. Anyone with half a brain could see their foolishness before they even got on the Court. Each one had their own unique "moment of idiocy" during their judicial confirmation hearings that openly displayed their idiotic thinking: Sotomayer proudly defended her own brand of racism, sexism and prejudice when she declared that she, being a "wise Latina" would reach a "better conclusion than a white male". Kagan, fumbled and punted when directly asked whether the Gov't had the authority to mandate that everyone eat three vegetables every day. She couldn't answer that. And Brown-Jackson, when asked "what is a woman" (which is important in understanding Title IX or "Women's Rights" for example) simply responded, "I'm not a biologist". The reality / irony is that IF SHE WAS A BIOLOGIST she'd only be able to answer that question one way...the same way tha t MOST people would answer it as a woman can only be one thing in biology.  |

Never see rioting like that when a civilian kills another civilian, or a cop, or an elderly person minding their own business. It's like we expect civilians to act less civilized than our police, which is why we need more and more police. A civil society starts and ends with civilians acting more... civilized. |

This time though, France imported its executioners. How do you figure? I've heard that most French riots and rioters over the last decade or two are recent immigrants or their recent descendants. Obviously that may not be the case, or it may be. Either way, immigration and/or immigrant issues typically seems to be the central cause for French rioters over the years. |

Immigrants generally come from poorer countries where authoritarianism is the norm and because of this background they see what's happening in Western society that people in the West are ignorant and oblivious to. There's not a SINGLE PERSON I know from former Communist Europe that agrees with what's happening in the West. NOT ONE PERSON. They ALL strongly disagree with the politics of the left in Canada, the US, Australia/NZ and the UK because they've seen this play out before. You ask anyone who has come from either those countries or the Latin South and Central American countries and they'll all tell you that what is happening in the West is bad. That is where the resistance seems to be coming from, while the ignorant in the East (which seems to be MOST people) seem to accept the Left's politics wholeheartedly. |
