It irritates me when I don't follow a thread and then see in another thread where a poster has a FDQ moment and then quits the forum. It's even more irritating when I have to try to figure out when and what happened. That's why I use the 'Recent Posts' button instead. |

Its a real pain losing your wallet because you have to call and cancel all of your credit cards and get a new Drivers License.

Its a real pain losing your wallet because you have to call and cancel all of your credit cards and get a new Drivers License. Yep, that's exactly what I've had to do. Bloody nuisance. |

Its a real pain losing your wallet because you have to call and cancel all of your credit cards and get a new Drivers License. I don't deny any of that, but to me the pain of replacing the wallet is more troublesome. You can never find the same wallet or billfold. They're fashion accessories and their shapes and nuances change. I have a Ralph Lauren wallet that costs more than any money I've ever had in it, and of the three compartments apparently made to hold business cards only one is large enough. What do I do with the other two? It's ridiculous. Edit: to clarify, it's not just business cards, but credit cards and such. Will my AmEx shrink if I'm travelling through Europe or China? |

Do you have this 1984 book? It's a fantastic read with tons of great stories of their old days and pre-Maiden days. I guess it's out of print, but I saw copy on eBay. It has a different cover, so it's probably a later print- Mine is a 1st edition.  |
