Hey everyone, I'm new here and I was hoping I could get some good advice on where or how I can start to learn to draw comic style art. I really want to start creating my own stories and characters bit can't draw for crap. I have two books that have to do with drawing marvel and DC but I really can't teach myself well. So how can I learn and get good at it? Any other good books out there, videos, anything? Also can you suggest other forums or discussion threads that artists are a part of? I appreciate all your responses, thanks!

I don't know much about drawing, but there's a guy I know who could probably point you in the right direction. He's on the CGC Forum and his forum name is Ogami. There's quite a few guys in that personal artwork thread that could probably suggest some reading. Wish I could help more, but I can't draw for squat.  |
