I've been too busy studying the pandemic for the last few years but caught whisps of this. Finally read this. This is incredible. We are literally watching the falling of the Roman Empire in real time. And the solution is so easy. We can all see it. Just start building a Cinematic universe the way Marvel did. One movie at a time. One character at a time. Just imagine a DC universe of 25 movies 10 years down the road. Instead, all they have is a mess. A bunch of random garbage films with attempts at trying to stay relevant. Too many bosses and nobody willing to say "No, this is a bad idea". And here we are. |

What a great thread, and a great reminder of what an amazing place this forum can be!  For anyone who hadn't heard, most of the Victory books were recovered with the help of other stores in the area. If anyone hasn't heard the real story they were recovered at gunpoint.  A local store owner pulled a gun and chased a guy down. It was amazing. |
