I did see some examples of the "fisheye" in that thread but the FF just seems too exact. Was it that the amulet was blue to start and ink/dirt built up on the plate and turned the amulet black? I'm guessing it was the other way around...the black opened up and either exposed blue underneath, or blue gathered/printed there because of the irregularity. BTW - I checked on HA, and I couldn't find any CGC 9.8s with the defect, but lots of 9.6s do. I'm guessing CGC is aware of it, and won't allow it in 9.8 (but I haven't done a thorough search...just looked at HA).

I never would have come up with the number. Same as that Casper/Richie Rich 45. I'm not sure how or if that's numbered.
