How is this a $50 book? linkBecause it's the first fear-some issue, of course! For that price you could buy an original EC and a raw copy of that reprint for $1. |

Having a complete set of those Russ Cochran reprints would be pretty nice. Those were the first EC's I recall reading (except for the ones included with Mad Magazine). |

 my entire in laws are devout ultra xtians that think the rest of us are scum beneath them ....not realizing, of course, the utter contradiction in terms. I've tried to have peaceful,rational talks with them but they're too arrogant and just start shouting at me and saying how high they are in the church,the charity they do.Vain,vain people. |

Well,most other people realize that but they wont believe it.We're just all going to burn in hell.I just keep my distance.
They worst was when they said they were responsible for saving my life with prayers and demanding I attend a dinner when I was wheelchair bound as they wanted to show me off.Didn't happen.
So,a stack of comics my partner got for me cheap have Book Market old price stickers on them.It's driving me nuts,I want to pick.So bad.Not anything real valuable,some Canadian price newstands that are from when I was buying comics as a kid,but the aesthetic is out of whack.Driving me nuts.Green grocery style stickers.Ugh.

I have a full set of the Gladstone double sized issues,well read by myself,my dad and his brother as they were at his house for many years.Cared for and bagged and boarded but well read. Most bought brand new,but for the longest time they were dollar bin books.I wouldn't ever give them up if I had a choice. |
