I recently put together a reader run of 1 to about 85 I think. Looking forward to reading them. i never paid much attention to the Defenders. I was lukewarm on the title as a kid, but reading it later I developed an appreciation for the series. The best stuff is prior to #50(or so) IMO.  |

It would be similar to having the cover of Amazing Fantasy #15 on an early tpb Spider-Man collection. |

From same CBCS member I also bought 7 FF issues between #300- 310 that are upgrades.

It was Mike Royer Day at our LCS yesterday. Picked up some comics while there. Found good prices on FF and WBN, and several $1/$2 Thor, MTU, and others. Also a Kingdom Come, Silver Surfer/Thanos Quest, and Impossible Man trades. |

I've been wanting this cleverly cheeky original art for YEARS, but the timing was never right. I find it very special as it mixes the Mouse with Mike's character Annikki (introduced in High Adventure #1  ).  |
