www.nytimes.com/2017/03/16/us/oxford-comma-lawsuit.html?_r=0That... is gorgeous. Clarity does mean something - in this case, possibly millions of dollars. I the Oxford comma. (FTR - In English language punctuation, a serial comma or series comma (also called Oxford comma and Harvard comma) is a comma placed immediately before the coordinating conjunction (usually and or or) in a series of three or more terms. Ex.: "For dinner last night, I had roast beef, mashed potatoes, and corn." with the Oxford comma being the one after 'potatoes'.)

Weird, I dunno if it was taught to me or not, but I do not use a comma before 'and' when listing stuff.
Eg. I have a Grimlock, Shockwave, Devastator and Megatron in my closet.

In some cases, it can make a world of difference.

I'll try to correct myself, I like to be as correct as I can when writing english considering how many people can't even speak it properly

At school, I was taught "never put a comma before a joining word". I rarely see the Oxford Comma used in British publications. However, I can see how not using it (in the link above) influenced the interpretation of a legal document. Oh and... SHOCKWAVE He could kick Megatron's ass! Transformer kids today don't even know who Shockwave was. It's very sad...

I've been to Oxford a handful of times... mainly to watch bands play. For the most part, it's a dump.
