A penciler and an embellisher/inker. So many great ones out there- Who do you like? Some of mine: Kirby/Sinnott #1. Also Kirby/Royer (of course), and Perez/Marcos. Byrne/Austin was pretty awesome too. But these are obvious... I'm hoping to see some teamwork I wasn't aware of  |

I've always been impressed by SW's inks on Lee- seemed to be a perfect fit. |

Buscema/Chan popped into my head beyond the others mentioned.
I'd think Colan/Palmer would make the list as well.

Quesadilla/Palmiotti Miller/Janson Sean Chen & Eric Cannon Bob Layton & David Lapham I have to say I think Bob Layton draws the best Shellhead. And I prefer to see it OA style, without color. Same with FF #59- Jeez, I'd love that on my wall! The first time I ever started drawing superheroes was when I read the BA Kirby Captain America run (including Mike Royer's work). I know they're not the most popular works by Kirby, but there was something about the inking style used by Mike and John Verpoorten that kept drawing my eye. |

While I'm prone to favor covers with a yellow background, this looks much better in B&W imo. |
