I'm trying out a new feature (plugin).
It allows a custom color or image to be displayed when posting.
Right now I'm just testing it, but if it doesn't cause any problems I'll make it available for everyone (with some limitations on its use).

You keep upping the cool factor of this this site like this, and other

Based only on seeing Ditch's background so far, I can see that certain backgrounds are going to make posts difficult or even impossible to read.
Is there a user setting that will allow us to turn off backgrounds?

Yeah...I hear ya.
I'm not entirely bought in. That's why I thought it was a good idea to test it out first.
It's cool and all, but if it interferes with reading the post it's not going to work.
There's no opt-out feature for viewing.
I could make this particular image more transparent.
I could also change the size or style of the default font to compensate (not sure if that's a good idea though).
