I'm really,NOT used to openly displayed guns,that would freak me out.Sure I've had baddy friends that carried but always illegal and hidden, ot like above |

The problem with this guy is that he is a clown.
I live in what could be considered a 'cop town' on LI. Two people moved in on my parents block recently and they are both NYPD. On my block, I live across the street from FDNY, the house that is being rented two doors down is owned by NYPD and the guy across the street a couple of doors down is also NYPD (retired). Of my inner circle of friends, two are NYPD retired and another one's dad is NCPD (retired).
It is not uncommon, even here on Long Island to see someone walking around with an unconcealed weapon. However, most of my friends would view this guy as a clown. In this day and age if someone walks into a store strapped with four firearms and extra loaded clips of ammunition, it causes public unrest in an unnecessary way. Something like this could immediately cause a disturbance of the peace, and could lead to an unwanted dangerous situation.
If a guy walks into a mall with all of this, there are people that panic. If they walk into any store like this, people may panic. Those people are not going to contact local PD saying, possible individual exercising their 2nd Amendment right. Most people are going to call 911 to say that someone just entered a store or mall with four guns and clips of ammunition. The police are going to come in force to investigate... and they should. Thing is the police are preparing for a gunmen.
Things like this are meant to shock and get attention. Unfortunately it will get him negative attention, at least out here on LI.

I wonder if Subway could limit that guy from dining in with a “no firearms in seated areas” sign, or if folks would lose their heads over “rights”? Not sure how open carry laws work in those situations.
