Last night I placed some boneless chicken breasts in a marinade of Balsamic vinegrette salad dressing, hot sauce, worcestershire sauce, garlic, and freshly ground pepper. Tonight I grilled those breasts  |

It's not really hot sauce by my measure. Maybe a very spicy catsup is an apt description. It adds heat, but it's not hot. And can be employed like that old commercial tag line "A little dab'll do ya'". I don't really think it's sweet. It's not overpowering by any means, though. If your grocers sell the brand with the rooster on the label, that's the one to get. A lot of Chinese and Vietnamese themed restaurants here actually leave a bottle on the table in lieu of salt, pepper or soy sauce even. |

Roast beef (extra large helping), Yorkshire pudding, green beans, carrots and gravy. It was an amazing meal for the cheap price and this resto is only 5 minutes walk from my house! |
