The breasts will shred really nicely. A lot of people shred up a whole batch of chicken breast this way, and then freeze it in zip-lock sandwich bags to use in all kinds of different dishes. It's great for sandwiches too.

Right now I'm getting the pressure cooker ready to cook up a big batch of black beans.
Takes about 18 minutes of cooking instead of an hour and a half using a pot on the stove.

Yeah, it's a nice design using an elliptical cover so there's no clamps required.

Well I just threw 2 chicken breasts in the crock pot, hope it tastes as good as it looks! My slow cooker is a bit larger than the one shown in the video, so the 1/4 cup water isn't as deep on the bottom. I added just a skosh more. Hope it works out alright I had the same issue and added another cup of water half way through. Was too late, the chicken went dry, but it's still tasty
