Maybe it's just the local branch but I don't like Papa John's pizza. The other two are just fine.

We have so many good little Greek pizza places around here that the big boys stay away. We have a Domino's but its take out only and they generally suck. I'd love to have Papa John's or Pizza Hut around here. Papa John's has the best garlic butter dipping sauce for the crusts. When we lived in Seattle we had one right down the street, drool....

No. That's what most people call the crust of the pizza. No,it's French for pickle. It's American for the pizza crust. IDK any other definition. Pardons.

I personally call the crust "crust" but I have heard gourmets call it the cornichon. IDK where it all comes from. Really, I call it the crust. Anyhting else is just fancy-Dan.
