I had some persian koobideh kabob last night. The first time I saw it it look pretty gross because it look like a foot long , but boy was it tasty.

(Oh and there are too many different spellings of kebab/kabob/kabab. I think there's a subtle difference but it all goes down the same...)

Wraps are a poor substitute for pita I'm pro-wrap. I like pita, but the "pocket" seems to fall apart after one day stored in the fridge or at room temp. I mostly only eat them if I'm put someplace.

Being a pita guy I don't like the difference in taste and texture. I'm happy to struggle with the crumbling bread... It tastes great after soaking up all the sauce and meat juices.
