Does the outer cover come right off?
And if you guys have never seen this one you might not know about Thing vs Hulk in Marvel Feature #11 either. It has Jim Starlin pencils with Joe Sinnot inks.

Does the outer cover come right off? And if you guys have never seen this one you might not know about Thing vs Hulk in Marvel Feature #11 either. It has Jim Starlin pencils with Joe Sinnot inks. The cover is detached due to it being a GS. This raised a slabbing question (hypothetical, of course) as to how it would be treated. After all, who is to say the outer cover didn't originally come with a lower grade inner cover copy? What's to stop me from finding a high grade single cover copy, and make it "more valuable" to some by adding this cover to it? I posted the question at CBCS and Ricketts said it would be treated like any other D.C. copy. However, I did NOT include the hypothetical switch scenario. I can only think that they're able to compare the cutting pattern of the two covers, but can that be 100% infallible?

2 copies Forgot to ask when these were first posted, but do you know the origin of the CCBC price stamp? I see it's on #'s 5, 6, 8, & 10.

If I knew it, I forgot it. I find that stuff sort of cool. Store stamps, date stamps, pence stamps, etc.

Great collection of comics Siggy! I hope you find a copy of ASM #1. What price range are you willing to pay?

Great collection of comics Siggy! I hope you find a copy of ASM #1. What price range are you willing to pay? Thanks Bryan If my calculations are correct, 5K/GD+ range. Hopefully I'll find one at an Auction House before the values climb another notch or two. I'll look on eBay when it's time, but it will have to be from a Top Seller.

Yeah, that comic is so expensive even in low grades. I can't believe how much coverless copies are going For!

This nice guy came by Mike's Table Sunday, and we had a great talk about Kirby's The Prisoner. I missed his introduction because I was helping someone asking about prices, and it took about 20 minutes for me to figure out out he was Mike Allred.

How long did it take him to figure out you weren't Mike Royer...?

Why is Sue looking so helpless and defeated?? Is she posing for the camera or what exactly?
