I posted there a few days ago.
You'll do anything but admit that you're wrong, eh?
Maybe you have me mistaken for Roy? If I'm wrong please accept my apology. For some reason I thought your previous account (one piece...two piece?) had been banned or that you left that forum. Mea culpa.
I never posted there often enough for my departure to mean anything in the first place.

Is this person transphobic?
Detransitioner Files First Lawsuit In Canada Against Medical ProvidersA woman in Ontario who identified as transgender and underwent hormone therapy, a bilateral mastectomy, and a hysterectomy filed the first lawsuit in Canada against her healthcare providers for facilitating her transition. Michelle Zacchigna, a 34-year-old woman from Orillia, Ontario, recently announced a lawsuit she filed against the eight doctors and mental health professionals who treated her over the years, alleging that they failed to address her complex mental health needs and instead allowed her to self-diagnose as transgender and undergo irreversible procedures that she now regrets. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Zacchigna alleges that her desire to become transgender was never challenged, and that she was not provided adequate counseling or therapy. She believes that the “affirmative” model of gender care is to blame, in which clinicians “affirm” a patient’s self-diagnosis of being transgender and provide them with medical interventions instead of psychological therapy that explores the underlying reasons why individuals might experience distress over their bodies. Zacchigna’s experience highlights the lack of inquiry into patients’ mental health, well-being, and reasons for seeking “gender-affirming” healthcare. Despite her longstanding history of mental health struggles and no indication of gender-related distress in adolescence or childhood, Zacchigna was still allowed to proceed with irreversible procedures that have lifelong effects.

Go ahead and share your pigeonhole of what a conservative is and I'll tell you how I don't fit. You just want to label me because it's easier for you to dismiss what a "conservative" says rather than what I have to say. Hence my desire to leave the thread. The OP doesn't want to discuss the topic, anyways.
If all I have to go by is what you post here and you regularly post things that make me think you're conservative, how is that pigeonholing you? I dismiss most of what you say conservative or not. I didn't care for you on the CBCS boards before you were banned there and I have had you on ignore for years on the CGC boards. All of this happened before we discovered your "leanings". Thank you for the background, QC; leopards so rarely change their spots...

Not the topic, but perhaps this case deserves its own thread?

The topic:
As with free speech and equal rights, conservatives appear to be at odds with their own values yet again.
Either that, or everything they stand for is a lie; Zod cannot be certain.
On the one hand, they do NOT want strangers to change their outward appearance because this is somehow offensive to delicate conservative sensibilities.
But on the other, they DO want strangers to change their inner preferences when these preferences offend delicate conservative sensibilities.
Thus conservatives oppose gender confirmation, and support gay conversion.
Do conservatives possess the courage and integrity to address this seeming clash of professed values?
A rhetorical inquiry?

The ocean of conservative hypocrisy continues to lap at Zod's shore.

Zods holds up the mirror, conservatives run from the reflection.
They simply will not - cannot? - address these contradictions.
