The news is out there and if the last 3 years are any indication MOST of what is pushed onto the people through the mainstream doesn't represent the whole truth. Apparently, from what I've read on many sites, his charges stem for some law where he "promised marriage" for sex but then didn't' follow through. OK, you said he wasn't picked up for human tracking and the links you provided say he was...am I missing something? I'm also going to assume ( correct me if I'm wrong ) that you were not even aware of this guy before this happened.

I'm also going to assume ( correct me if I'm wrong ) that you were not even aware of this guy before this happened. It was a big mess with a lot of conflicting accounts; apparently the dude is super-sleazy and was making porn with young women he lured to his mansion pimp-style and/or with promises of love/marriage. Most of what Vin has said is accurate minus the philosophical trimmings. |

The "human trafficking" seems to be him luring women by pretending he loved them using the "loverboy method". Something that in the West would make half the country guilty of human trafficking. I'm not making light of it. If he's guilty of human trafficking he should have the book thrown at him. But more frankly, I have personally known quite a few people involved in the porn industry and you don't have to coerce them to get them to go on film. It only takes a little bit of cash. Something he had plenty of. I guess for me, I always doubt any news that is pushed to the front / center of the media. You can see all the pressure forcing it to the forefront and I don't buy it. You seem to buy it all as Gospel. I guess we'll have to see how this plays out. |
