What's fascinating to me is the disconnects. Facebook in particular was dying in the pre-Trump era, and only supported by older people. But the company then proceeded to alienate half of its customer base by attacking & silencing both conservative and leftist posters in favor of the deranged liberal narrative. Bye-bye millions of users! |

I started a thread on the problems with Social Media about 7 or 8 years ago on the CGC forums. We detailed all the troubles Social Media has caused and eventually that topic led me to understand how Social Media not only affects Mental Health on a personal level but how it affects society on a macro level and how badly we are being manipulated as a society to think in certain lanes. The Libtards managed to get that thread locked after it stood trouble free for nearly a decade. I'm convinced that Social Media is the single gravest ill facing our planet today. It has the potential to be used for good but it's being manipulated by bad actors and the greedy for personal gain. and the damage being wrought can't be undone as quickly as the damage being done. Picture a fresh farm egg. It's far easier to break it than it is to put everything back inside and get it back together again. That's what life is like, and it's exaggerated and amplified with social media. |

Liberals descended into open seditious hysteria in 2016, and haven't turned back, so this behavior isn't surprising. Musk is going the extra mile to be MORE than fair here. Some corrections to the article title: 1) These were all liberal actors, not leftists. (The Intercept was founded by leftist Greenwald, but he departed after it became yet another liberal outlet.) 2) No one was banned - they were given one week suspensions. |

We must peacefully co-exist with our liberal neighbots, and can do this by doing what they say, when they say it. But as liberal "standards" are ever changing, an hourly "Am I doin' right by you boss?" is highly recommended. |

The biggest thing that I personally took from the latest Twitter Files drop was that the leaders of Iran, Malaysia, Nigeria, Ethiopia and India ALL EXPLICITLY USED TWITTER TO INCITE VIOLENCE and yet they were not banned for doing so.
Yet Trump's Tweets were found to NOT be inciting violence or violating Twitter Terms of Service internally according to Twitter internal documents and yet his account was suspended for "inciting violence"
