Joe Rogan thinks he's a solution. He's part of the problem. The new propaganda model was perfected by Trump. It got him all the way to the White House. "My truth is real! He's a talk show host. He seems to be fairly genuine, even if he is conservative minded. His guests vary but he has real experts on there and I've learned things from them that I'd never have learned on mainstream media.
And he primarily gives a voice to those that the MSM won't, which in my books is a positive things ala free speech.
So, I'm curious to know what you dislike about the guy?

Earlier this year, the NYT completely fabricated several pieces of news on the Jan 6 Capitol Hill protest including the fabrication that Officer Sicknick was killed by being bashed in the head with a fire extinguisher along with several other inciteful pieces of 'news' that were all retraced quietly months later.
But nobody is talking about it.
No one's talking about the fact that he was an officer of the law, who was KILLED in the line of duty. Newspapers get their facts wrong all the time. Ultimately, what happened was still a crime and it should be remembered for THAT. Medical Examiner Finds USCP Officer Brian Sicknick Died of Natural CausesI'm well aware of how Sicknick died.
Also, how can you say that nobody is talking about a fact that he was an officer of the law or killed in the line of duty when it was on every mainstream media channel in the world.
But that wasn't the point of the GG article. The point of the GG article was to show how the NYT and other left wing papers have a perpetual habit of completely fabricating information to incite and swing the crowd and then quietly retracting it months later.
If you or I did that, we'd be up on libel charges.

First, ALL NEWS has been manipulating information for decades. Just because I don't include one news channel doesn't mean they get a free pass.
This is not a Fox vs CNN discussion and it's not a right vs left discussion. I'm not political at all.
The NYT has a clear and provable history in the last 2 years of both fabricating news from 'anonymous sources' and also acting illegally and unethically only to quietly retract it months later after the damage has been done.
They are complicit in these 3 narratives of the last year
1) the Jan 6 Capitol protest. 2) burying the Hunter Biden laptop story 3) Joe Biden's daughter's diary
In all 3 of these narratives, the NYT acted without integrity on a mass scale and even illegally - they were reprimanded by the courts for publishing material they shouldn't have in #3.. Why did they do it? To slander a competitor.
They were central in providing disinformation in all 3 of these campaigns. Greenwald goes to great lengths to prove it and even left the news journal he stared in protest over it.
I never excuse anyone of wrong doing if they've done it, but don't try to make this look like I'm political.
I never have been political. My family raised me to be non-political and a pacifist. I voted for the first time ever last year.

You seem to zero in very specifically on the left, but avoid pointing out the same behavior on the right. It looks suspiciously slanted, Roy... especially in light of the fact that Fox News has been doing it openly, and blatantly for DECADES now. They are the ones who changed the game in the first place. They're the one's who brought us into this world of celebrity and Bull News as predicted by the classic 1976 movie 'Network'. 2) I'm curious as to how you view the Jan 6th protests that you seem to think the NYT is so corrupt about reporting on... The Times has got certain facts about it incorrect. Without question. But Fox News reported that it was a 'false flag operation', and that 'Antifa' may be behind it, it was 'mostly peaceful', it was a 'setup', etc. despite the fact that we NOW know some of the Fox Personalities who said these things were in text contact with White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows and FULLY AWARE of what was going on.
