You forgot:

1 - Taking presale money to facilitate signatures on books then selling them on your eBay account instead of delivering them because they really popped.
2 - You also forgot contracting work and not paying for that work claiming it was done wrong. Sort of like eating an entire steak dinner and then demanding to see the waiter and chef because it was not cooked right. Not talking about the graphics designer.
