I'm going to drive a stake into the heart of the matter. MANY people agree with what I post. They just don't feel comfortable putting themselves out there or putting their necks on the line. Woogie was not even a member of the group of 21 people we had in our Covid PM thread over the pandemic. We had 21 people that more or less either agreed or agreed to disagree in a PM thread on the CGC forums. 21 freaking people. Mostly people I'd never really associated with before the pandemic. Why did that happen? It happened because the general public became A MOB and tried to lynch anybody that disagreed with the Mob.  And now that the pandemic emergency is over, people like jsilverjanet, namisgr, Randall Dowling, dr_banner, paperheart, shadroch, tth2 and many others are trying to pretend they weren't THE MOB. They're trying to pretend they didn't say or do the things they said. They're trying to pretend they're all "good humans" by burying the fact that they supported human experiments, censorship and locking down humans like cattle just so that they could personally remain "safe". Woogie's post proves that the walls have ears, that people don't forget and that even though people are not vocalizing their disagreement they disagree. Meanwhile, those on the wrong side of history continue to perpetuate the root cause of the problem through cowardice, lies and censorship. Without having the conversation we have NOTHING. So to those of you trying to silence the conversation, good job everyone. You know who you are.  |

Alberta Judge Rules COVID Mandates Invalid, Beyond Legal Powers, Violated Public Health Act.
In a 90-page ruling, Justice Barbara Romaine of Alberta's Court of Kings Bench highlighted that the lockdown measures implemented by Dr. Hinshaw were effectively issued by the Cabinet rather than solely by the Chief Medical Officer of Health, Dr. Deena Hinshaw.
The court's decision was influenced significantly by Dr. Hinshaw's testimony during the trial. She acknowledged her role as an advisor, providing recommendations based on her medical expertise, but the final decision-making authority laid with the politicians.

Military Grievance External Review Committee Finds That the CAF’s Covid-19 Vaccination Policy Was “Unconstitutional and, Therefore, Invalid.”
The report says the committee had received several grievances from CAF members who refused to take the Covid-19 vaccine, those members claimed that the Canadian Armed Forces Covid-19 vaccine policy violated their Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedom’s specifically their rights to life, liberty and security of person.

Micahel Shellenberger an award winning writer and a journalist details about the mechanisms of how the US influenced other countries AROUND THE WORLD during the pandemic to censor information and spread misinformation / disinformation.
This was a CONCERTED effort by "democratic" countries spreading the SAME WRONG INFORMATION over the pandemic and punishing anyone who opposed it.

Kennedy Jr. has filed a lawsuit against Google and YouTube, who he claims are 'state actors' who have violated his free speech.From the article: Kennedy, who's campaigning against President Joe Biden for the Democratic party nomination said in a 27-page complaint that the sites caved to pressure from the Biden administration, and that his videos about Covid vaccines were being censored through "overt and covert" means.
"Under these circumstances, YouTube is a state actor and it violated Mr Kennedy’s First Amendment rights by engaging in viewpoint discrimination," reads the filing. "This complaint concerns the freedom of speech and the extraordinary steps the United States government has taken under the leadership of Joe Biden to silence people it does not want Americans to hear."
The lawsuit points to several instances of the sites removing Kennedy's speeches and interviews

Now the FDA quietly comes out with a statement that it doesn't "recommend" Ivermectin but that it doesn't "forbid" doctors from using it.

Folks, Remember I told you 2 years ago that it was a CONFLICT OF INTEREST for the Government to take on indemnity for vaccine injuries AND to approve the vaccines? This is from Australian Senate testimony from Pfizer and Moderna. PFIZER: NO ONE WAS FORCED TO TAKE THE JABWhen questioning Moderna, Senator Rennick asked: “What percentage of profits does Moderna allocate to help people who have been injured by the vaccine?”
A representative of Moderna said: “I was going to say, erm, that, er, that, er, there is, er, a sort of, er, an indemnity for Covid 19 suppliers but, er, indemnity is a policy matter for government to decide, I can’t comment.”
Senator Rennick replied: “So Moderna doesn’t put any of its profits back into helping the victims of injuries from the Moderna ‘vaccine’, is that correct?”
Answering, the Moderna spokesperson (below, centre) said: “Moderna is a company that focuses on manufacturing vaccines. The matter of indemnity, er, for, er, vaccine suppliers is a matter for government.” |

If you were following my posts in early 2020, my largest fear about the lockdowns was the after effects for addicts, those being abused and those in financial difficulty.
The world changed in 2020 and we are not going back.
Money was printed and given out that will never be repaid, causing destructive inflation.
Suicides, overdoses are through the roof.
Homelessness is through the roof.
Crime is through the roof.
All good. Nothing to see. Nothing to worry about.

A review of Covid contracts approved by the Department of Health showed more than a tenth failed to follow the rules, a federal investigation said yesterday. The department issued 17,000 contracts. Only 40 were checked at random.
“Contracting resources were significantly impacted by the global Covid-19 pandemic,” wrote Procurement Ombudsman Alexander Jeglic. “Combined, the Department of Health and Public Health Agency of Canada awarded over 17,000 contracts worth an estimated $22 billion.”
Ombudsman Jeglic randomly reviewed 40 contracts approved between May 1, 2020 and April 30, 2022. Of the 40 one was a contract “limited to an email with an unknown number of suppliers” to lease office space for pandemic masks.
Of the remaining 39 contracts “one file did show favouritism towards suppliers with a certain amount of experience” and four had no documentation whatsoever. Jeglic called it “a shortcoming in Health Canada’s recordkeeping practices” that was unacceptable even in a health emergency.
“Without having the solicitation document Health Canada cannot demonstrate it followed the proper procurement protocols and that its practices were fair, open and transparent,” wrote Jeglic in his Procurement Practice Review Of Health Canada.
Of 34 contracts with proper documentation, “in two files it was unclear how bidders were to demonstrate they met mandatory criteria,” wrote the Ombudsman. Seven other files had “poorly defined criteria.”
Opposition MPs have sought a judicial inquiry into pandemic management including favouritism in federal contracting. “Companies with Liberal-friendly lobbyists or close connections to the Prime Minister or his inner circle received preferential treatment in the awarding of contracts,” then-Opposition Leader Erin O’Toole told reporters in 2021.
“When the pandemic is over we need answers,” said O’Toole. “We need to know what worked and what didn’t. We need complete transparency and accountability.”
Cabinet in a 2021 Fiscal Update said deficit spending from the outbreak of the pandemic totaled $511.6 billion, much of it for rush orders with contractors. There was no real-time oversight of contracting by any parliamentary committee.
“You are thinking because of the pandemic everything goes,” Denis Gallant, deputy counsel at the 2011 Charbonneau Commission, testified at 2020 hearings of the Commons ethics committee. “An emergency must not become a pretext to circumvent binding government procurement rules,” he said.
The Charbonneau Commission exposed graft in the Québec construction industry. “Very often people say, oh, if there’s a problem, we’ll send it to the police,” testified Gallant. “Well, I’m a former Crown prosecutor. You know what it’s like when you go to the police.”
“As a taxpayer I have to wonder about what control measures were implemented to prevent any inflated pricing, potential fraud and waste,” said Gallant. “I also wonder if we received the best products and services at the best price from the companies and organizations the government has dealt with.” |
