For every new Superhero related tv series/Movie announced we get these inflated prices for the comic books. Nothing really new I guess, just don't get the hype for a comic book that was never that great to begin with. Only appeal was the Kirby art at the time. Ha, suppose I better stock up on Shogun Warriors #1, The Human Fly #1 & US 1 #1 before someone decides they should be movies??

Don't forget the success of GOTG; a collection of characters and a film nothing like the 1st appearance in MSH #18, a book that continues to climb in most grades. IF The Eternals gets a good Writer, Director, Stars, etc, it might be a smart buy.

Don't forget Machine Man! Baron Brimstone! Binary Bug! Jack O'Lantern! All keys! Now that I've made fun of it, it'll probably happen. I don't get the hype either for a comic series or character that never really caught the fancy of readers.

Giant Size FF #4 has gone up in value because of 1st appearance of Multiple Man because of an upcoming movie supposedly in the works, but it may not get made last I heard. A VF- on eBay is listed at $55, NM on eBay listed at over $100-250! I even noticed Giant Size FF #3 is listed on eBay at over $50 because it is 1st appearance of 4 Horsemen of Apocalypse...since when was that a big deal??

I actually thought there was already some buzz about the title when the upcoming animated series was announced, but a quick glance on eBay shows this title is still pretty cheap (and plentiful). There's a DD #1 PGX 9.8 printing variant with 23 bids at $71. The later series (2015) seems to be where the interest is.
