As this seems to be the most probable cause, it has been suggested that I add a timer on the page when a prize is present. When the timer reaches 0, the prize will disappear. While this may not totally eliminate the issue, it should cut down on the issue occurring.

The next month for me is going to be very hectic. My schedule eases up at the beginning of September, where I can start giving a lot more attention to plugin issues. In the interim, what should help is if forum owners instruct their members that, when they are on a page with a prize, click the image right away - don't just sit on that page, open another tab, then come back and click it later. While the member's personal count will be accurate, the old data that's present for the leaderboard data can get severely messed up. Those whose counts do not match - have that member find a prize and click on it right away. The leaderboard should eventually correct itself - as long as people are getting the prize as soon as possible.

A note about the timer when I can get it added - it will be hard-coded, so please do not ask for an option to adjust it. The reason, if set to too high, this issue will most likely remain. Therefore, there will be no option to adjust the timer's length.
