I'm surprised you haven't been ostracized from the CBSI community for actually reading a comic

Hey Dan, Welcome aboard! I've actually read a few of your articles in the past...good stuff. We like to encourage reviewers, original content, and other comic book websites in general; so feel free to post/repost/advertise/cross-pollinate as much as you want here. You'll find a welcome audience.

JLA #22 "Title just seemed to meander with side arcs, mediocre B covers and even lamer interior art." Although I disagree about the writing and don't care about the covers (what's a B cover? Variant bull ?), I totally agree about the lame interior art. This is related to one of my pet peeves and one of the things I think is hurting comics: twice a month publication. Marvel's greed started this trend and I wish DC had never followed them. I actively avoid twice a month books for several reasons, mainly because there's no consistency with the art. They use the quick publication schedule as an excuse to use crappy fill-in artists and the transition from one artist to another can be jarring. At least DC kept most of their twice a month titles at $2.99 instead of Marvel's $3.99.

Yah, the first 10 issues were really fantastic in story and art that I became frustrated with the drop off in quality in the interior art. I am not THAT picky when it comes to interiors as long as they serve the story, but I was just starting to see panels that were distracting and laughable that I dropped it. Issue 22 was good, I liked it.
