This forum has a very robust notification system.
To set your notifications, select "Profile," then select "Edit Profile," then select "Notifications."
You will be given a menu of notification settings (see below).
The Email and Bookmark notifications are especially useful. You can use these to automatically send a message to the email address you used to sign up.
