Wanna bet somebody will tear out that portion and try to sell it as an original? Or tear off the top third and claim it was a returned newsstand copy. Maybe take the cover off and sell it as a coverless comic. A damaged 181 is still worth some money. I wonder how similar the paper is inside the comic.
