My younger brother is a big fan of the Tony Martin era. I liked nothing (I've listened to) after Mob Rules. I've thought about trying Dehumanizer, but I'm not sure. Is it worth it, Stu? Ah, I dunno, it's ok, but it doesn't have the magic of the first two Dio Sabbath albums. I do like the song "Trashed" but yeah, anything after Mob Rules just ain't the same. Oh I forgot about Born Again. THAT is the last one I enjoyed, but not as it was released. From what I understand, and I'm probably mistaken on some (or all ) points, after Gillian laid down his vocal tracks and went on holiday (probably to Hawaii ), Iommi altered (or convinced Robin Black to) some of them, and Gillinn didn't like the results. My younger brother was able to obtain a copy of the unaltered mix, and it is SO much better. For one thing, Stonehenge is 4:54 rather than the released 1:58. The Dark isn't even on it, which is fine with me because I thought that was dumb that it had it's own track number when it should have just been combined with Zero the Hero like Vol.4's Wheels Of Confusion/The Straightener. And Gillain's vocals did indeed sound better, ESPECIALLY on Disturbing the Priest. I don't know what Iommi and Black were thinking.

Probably Black Sabbath. So much more diversity over the years than any of the bands in my Top 5. Hell, I could even start listening to those Dio era albums I've neglected all these years blasphemy! Dio Sabbath kicks ass! He's not as good as Glenn Hughes
