What's a soul patch...?  It's a vertical Hitler mustache on the chin- Basically a goatee with issues. Gotcha. I tried one of those with a tash once. Lasted less than a day. |

Looks like a Modern Cap person- an artist, if the banner is an indication, unless it's common for writers to display such a large image.

I found this thing on my computer machine where I put a name into a google box and random info appears about the person. Seems Mr. Perkins is primarily known for his time as Cap's artist during Brubaker's run. He's also got credits with Caliber, Dark Horse, CrossGen, DC, and 2000AD. His name also pops up on Spidey & FF, but I don't recall those offhand. He's done a bit of inking as well, but I didn't look into him any further.
