Submitter: Ok. So I waited 2 weeks and never heard back. So I followed up and here is what they are offering. Suggestions? I'm not thrilled with their lack of responsibility here...

Hello,
I’m sorry for the delay. I checked with the graders on this item. We would be pleased to reholder your book and investigate your noted concern. I will just need you to complete a Reholder PDF form, send the book in to my attention, and indicate theissues on the form.
There will be no cost to you to have this completed. Please provide a Ground shipping receipt for getting the books back to us. If you wish to have the shipping cost refunded as a credit to your account, you will not need to fill out the payment box.
Be sure to list the declared value and select your return shipping method.

Hello,
Yes, I do have some questions since your response didn't address my original complaint at all.
If I send the book for a reholder, will it receive the same grade? Also, will the corners be pressed prior to repair the damage?
Thank you,
Submitter

Good Morning,
Thank you for you time. Unfortunately we cannot tell you exactly what will be done with your book until it’s in the hands of the graders, and others that are correcting the situation. If they feel pressing will be needed, it will be done. Investigation of your concerns is what is done, but if you have additional matters you think should be addressed, please write them on the reholder form for the graders. Thank you for your patience.
Regards,
Rebecca Bonacci
