Hard to tell from those pictures. It's definitely better than fair to good condition.

Yeah, it's very difficult to tell from the poor quality of those photos.
Based on what I CAN see, I would think the spine defects alone would limit the grade to FN+ (6.5) or less, but there's no telling what other surprises might be present.
I'd be a little concerned that the seller has owned it for over a year and hasn't been able to grade it any better than Fair to Good. Grading isn't rocket science. If he thinks it's no better than GD 2.0, then he should be able to tell you why with specificity.

The listing says "Good to Fair condition", so I'm inclined to think the seller knows nothing about grading. After studying the pictures carefully, based on what I can see, I can't give it any better than VG+. Check the pages for clipped out coupons or tears when you receive the book.
