Cable #1 with missing gold foil, even noted the error on the submission form. No green label. Also, no 9.6, which is what I was hoping for! I have just been holding onto it ever since it graded 9.4, as it just isn't worth shipping back for a label correction. For comparison, here's what it is supposed to look like:

I don't slab comics, and apparently I haven't purchased an error.

Don't think I have any error covers. Seen lots of them though, from the Venom black to Wolverine 75 blue hologram.

Closest purchase I've made for an error is a double cover. Oh, and X-Force #1.

Not necessarily a label error, but does anyone know when CGC began putting the Mark Jewelers notation on the label? I was looking at a book graded in 2014 and there's no mention on either the label or certification notes. Seller's description says it's an MJ copy.
Could just be an oversight or inconsistency on CGC's part as well.

Since I posed this question I saw a Hulk #181 CGC 6.5 with the MJI notation on the label and the certification summary shows this graded on 30 May 2008. If I'm recalling Ditch correctly, when a book is sent in for a reholder, the grade date doesn't change unless the grade itself changes, but I might be remembering his statement wrong. The book I was looking at was graded 14 May 2014 and has no mention on the label or certification notes.

Obviously another label error from CGC. The pages are actually white. I checked. How the heck do they continue to make mistakes like this?
