Seriously, why is there a 1.8 grade? No other number has anything but either whole numbers or .5 increments, but there we get a 1.8??? Sounds like they had to be able to use all the same words as they used to, and "Good-" had to be slapped in there somehow...

It could be worse. It could be 1.2, 1.4, 1.6, and 1.8 to bookend with 9.2, 9.4, 9.6, and 9.8
