I'mma fix a steak & a baked potato later tonight. Soon though, 'cos I'm hongry. Anybody else have a cut of steak they just aren't a fan of? Nothing you wouldn't eat, but something you'd never buy for yourself? Mine is ribeye, esp. the little 3/4" or thinner boneless steaks that come prepackaged from the supermarket. Guess what kind of steak I get tonight?  Not going to complain, I didn't have to pay for it, and it's still steak. Gonna take it right from the fridge to the grill so's I have a fighting chance of keeping it at least medium rare as well as get a good crust on the outside... |
